A Family Legacy in Building

From post-war Phoenix to today, three generations of the Suggs family have been building neighborhoods where families thrive.

Clarence Suggs is profiled in Arizona history books as a pioneer in post-war homebuilding in Phoenix. His love for building and developing began in 1944 when he built his first new home community, McDowell Manor.

Notably, he was co-developer of Youngtown, Arizona — the nation's first master-planned retirement community that set the precedent for Del Webb's Sun City.

640-acre master-planned community approved for thousands of residential lots. This project demonstrates our ability to navigate complex, large-scale development through municipal approval processes.

Riverstone at Superstition Springs

Developed and built a Suggs Homes community of 109 single-family homes. This project is an example of our capability across the entire land-to-home lifecycle. From raw land through land development, home construction, and delivery to new home families.

Vaquero Estates

35-acre residential community developed and approved for 90 single-family homes. Delivered the approved project to a top local homebuilder.

Patterson Point

68-home community built by Suggs Homes. This project reflects our hands-on homebuilding experience. The same builder's perspective we bring to every land acquisition today.

We have purchased two Suggs Homes in Patterson Point and we are strongly considering buying a third home for another member of our family.
